Membership Terms and Conditions Women and men must be 22 or over in age. Free membership is only available by way of internet signup and an email address is required. Only registered members may attend dinners and events. Membership is not activated until a confirmation email is received from Meet At Dinner. Meet at Dinner reserves the right to decline a membership application. Members must be courteous at all times and conduct themselves with decorum. Members are advised that the usual method of selecting participants for dinners is to have the men slightly older than the women and then to consider other details for matching purposes. For other requirements Dinner For Two is suggested. Free membership does not confer any guarantee of any number of dinners in any time span. Members must provide a current photo of themselves for use by Meet At Dinner only. Members must provide a confidential copy of their licence as proof of who they are. You may blank out the licence number to safegaurd your own security. Members may decline a dinner invitation. A dinner booking fee of $30 is charged on acceptance of a dinner invitation. The dinner booking fee must be paid prior to the dinner. Once a dinner is accepted cancellation of a dinner acceptance will result in loss of the booking fee because of the additional work required. Non attendance at the dinner will also result in loss of the dinner fee. This is necessary to ensure the social dynamics of the dinner around a group of six people are maintained. All members may attend events except where the event is listed as Platinum Member events only. Costs are as advertised for each event. There is no additional booking fee for events. All events must be prepaid. There is no refund for cancellations as event bookings, such as theatre tickets etc, have to be made and paid for in advance by Meet at Dinner. Members may tranfer the event booking to another member, but must make Meet At Dinner aware of the transfer. Application for membership is an approval for us to contact you by email or phone in relation to our services. Each person attends events sponsored by Meet at dinner Pty Ltd at his/her own risk, and Meet At Dinner Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or injury sustained, either directly or indirectly, by any such person. In consideration of the privilege of attending events sponsored by Meet At Dinner Pty Ltd, members waive any and all claims they or their heirs may have against Meet At Dinner Pty Ltd, its owners, Managers, and employees. Furthermore, Meet At Dinner Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline to schedule any individual for any future dinners or other events sponsored by Meet At Dinner Pty Ltd for any reason, whatsoever, upon the refund of any unused dinner fees paid by such individual to Meet At Dinner Pty Ltd.
